Himpunan Kimia Indonesia, Yogyakarta Branch, in collaboration with UGM UGM (Universitas Gadjah Mada), UII (Universitas Islam Indonesia), and UIN Sunan Kalijaga, will hold the International Conference of the Indonesian Chemical Society (ICICS-2013) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, 1-2 October 2013.

Fees for ICICS 2013
Please note that the conference registration will only be completed upon receipt of payment. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the Conference must also complete their registration (payment included by 30 August 2013), in order to be included in the Book of Abstracts.

The Registration fee includes:
1. For participants: access to the scientific sessions and to the poster sessions, an abstract booklet and all documentation, coffee/tea breaks and Conference lunches, welcome cocktails and Conference dinner
2. For accompanying persons: welcome cocktails and Conference dinner
The Registration fee does not include insurance, hotel accommodation, transportation or tourist tours.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations are not refunded. Therefore, If possible your registration may be taken over by another person without any additional costs.
Entry VISA
Delegates and any guests requiring a visa for entry in Indonesia are advised to make their application in their home country in advance before the date of travel. Please contact immediately the nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in your country for more information about the documents needed and the time required for the visa delivery. If you require additional letters from us for your visa application, please let us know in advance. If you are not flying directly to Japan, please note that you may need a transit visa for some countries in order to continue your travel.
Travel Insurance
The Organizing Committee does not accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice when you register for the Conference and book your travel. The insurance should be purchased in your country origin.
